Prototypes include React from a CDN, browser storage, and one system on Apps Script with Sheets as its database. No production backend. They are hiring a Platform Engineer to own hosting, deployment, authentication, access control, audit logging, backups, and to review AI-generated code before it touches PHI. The team is small, with no senior engineer above you; you would be the engineering function and help level them up. 2-4 years shipping production software; stack negotiable.
