Ashby is hiring engineering leaders to scale a high-performing organization. You will own people, hiring bar, technical judgment, and the health of our engineering systems. This is a high-autonomy environment where 80%+ of the team is Senior–Staff+; you will coach independent owners, manage ambiguity, and raise impact. You will stay technically credible, review proposals, and code when needed. You will act as an organizational advocate for CI/CD health, developer productivity, and on-call sustainability. 100% remote async culture across North America and Europe.
