Job Description
Looking for an experienced hands-on technical leader to design and scale infrastructure and data platforms for a Berlin asset management fund. Responsibilities include building large-scale data pipelines, evolving lakehouse architecture, improving data quality and observability, and enabling AI/LLM workflows (agentic scaffolding, RAG, LLMOps, AI for engineering). Stack includes AWS, Databricks/Spark, Python, PostgreSQL, Agentic AI. The role is onsite in Berlin (2 days/week) with a flat hierarchy and fast-paced decision making.
