Founding Engineer/Generalist hired as the company’s first engineer. You’ll build a NestJS/Postgres backend (~70%) and Coral, our WhatsApp agent for member retention (~30%). Requirements: 2-4 years backend experience, capable of shipping solo, interest in LLMs and retention modelling. ML hobbyist or ML PhD preferred. Stack: NestJS, Prisma, Postgres, Next.js, Anthropic API, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Location: Dublin, Ireland; Hybrid (2 days in-office). Full-time. Compensation: €58–65k base salary + 1.0–1.5% equity.
