Job Description

Senior Mechanical Engineer: Lead mechanical design and integration for Charge Robotics' mobile solar factory platform. Responsibilities include CAD modeling and detailed mechanical design, selection of actuators and components, prototyping and testing hardware subsystems, and collaboration with software and firmware teams. Requirements: CAD proficiency (SolidWorks or equivalent), experience with manufacturing constraints, actuation systems, materials selection, and basic FEA/DFMEA; BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience; onsite in SF Bay Area.
