Job Description
Backend Engineer (Senior/Staff). Focus on Python, Flask/FastAPI, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch. Two teams: CRM (agentic enrichment, AI search, making the CRM usable by any MCP agent; Elasticsearch experience a big plus) and Backend Platforms (new team building paved roads for engineers—API patterns, observability, Flask to FastAPI—and guardrails for agent-written code). You’ve shipped LLM features to real users and owned production systems.Remote
