Job Description
Hiring for an Engineering Manager to lead 1-3 teams (FTE + contractors) delivering the automation layer for freight pricing, matching, onboarding, and settlement. You will own delivery end-to-end, unblock teams, and shape technical direction while not spending day-to-day coding. This role, along with the Senior Engineering Manager role, emphasizes technical leadership, people management, and coordinating multiple squads across a modern stack. Must be local to Seattle, Portland, or Denver. Typical experience ~8 years. Primary tech: Node.js/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Kafka/Redpanda, Kubernetes, AWS. Hybrid work arrangement: 2-3 days in the office per week.Remote
