Job Description
Hiring for a Senior Engineering Manager with broader scope and leadership responsibilities. This role pairs with the Engineering Manager role to lead 1-3 teams (FTE + contractors) delivering the automation layer for freight pricing, matching, onboarding, and settlement. Expect stronger strategic impact, mentorship of other managers, setting roadmaps, and architectural direction while still maintaining hands-on leadership. Must be local to Seattle, Portland, or Denver. Typical experience ~8 years. Primary tech: Node.js/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Kafka/Redpanda, Kubernetes, AWS. Hybrid work arrangement: 2-3 days in the office per week.Remote
