Software Engineer (new grad/early career) role at Empower Pharmacy building event-driven, distributed systems for a regulated pharma business. You’ll contribute to core platforms for manufacturing, operations, and logistics, with opportunities to grow across the stack. Stack includes Java/Spring Boot, React/Next.js, Azure (Service Bus, Kubernetes), and SQL Server, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability. We heavily incorporate AI-assisted development (Copilot/LLMs) in the workflow. Interview Day will be conducted virtually in a single day for advancing candidates, including practical discussions, system design, and coding.
