Job Description

Founding Engineer for an early-stage multi-agent product. This is the first senior engineering hire. You’ll be a backend/platform builder responsible for orchestration, integrations, reliability, auditability, and delivering useful workflow automations to users quickly. You’ll work directly with the founder to translate technical direction into a dependable product. Ideal candidate has 6+ years shipping end-to-end software, strong backend judgment, broad product experience, a low-ceremony startup approach, and comfort with ambiguity. Nice-to-haves include attention to retries, tool boundaries, observability, and human override in AI systems. Compensation is $170k-$210k base with meaningful equity.
