Job Description

Own the growth engine end-to-end for HiO, a SaaS AI business partner for small business owners. Lead paid social and search with real budget accountability; execute SEO to gain visibility in AI/LLM answers; optimize landing pages and signup conversion; develop referral programs; test new channels and retire underperformers. Build the measurement layer from scratch: funnel instrumentation, CAC/LTV, activation metrics. Create automation for AI-assisted creative testing, automated reporting, and agentic campaign workflows. This is a hands-on role with no growth team to manage in the near term.
