I lead the Platform organisation: three teams (Core Platform/Infra, Developer Enablement, SRE) that build the foundation our engineering ships on. Go and Python, Kubernetes on cloud and on-prem, some of it air-gapped. Terraform/OpenTofu, Istio, Vault, LGTM stack, OpenTelemetry. Mission-critical systems.
Job Description
We are hiring three roles at ICEYE: Senior/Staff Platform Observability Engineer. Own metrics, logs and traces as a product for all engineering teams, build tooling around it. Requirements include hands-on observability experience, OpenTelemetry, and ability to work across cloud and on-prem. Relocation supported; Hybrid work in Espoo or Berlin.Remote Conditions
