Job Description

An experienced software engineer to join MaFi Games and help accelerate development for Captain of Industry. Focus on strong technical ability, CS fundamentals, and experience with technically demanding programs, 3D graphics, simulation, or performance optimization. Responsibilities include contributing to a high-quality C# codebase, participating in code reviews and testing, owning features end-to-end, and collaborating in a small, multicultural, remote team. Experience in game development is a plus. Fully remote work with flexible hours and vacation; long-term, full-time collaboration. Contract preferred, but team emphasizes long-term commitment.
