Job Description

At Ojin, we build the infrastructure that makes AI feel human — real-time AI agents with natural, lifelike conversation on a globally distributed GPU fabric. You will own features end-to-end: from interactive frontends to Python-based agent backends. Work with the founders on a 15-person team to define the solution, design the architecture, and ship it. Stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, WebRTC, WebSockets, AWS. Requirements: 3-5 years of genuine full-stack experience, startup background, and curiosity about how AI systems operate in production. Visa sponsorship or relocation support is not offered; you must be based within CET ±2h and have the right to work where you live.
