Job Description

Lead software engineering efforts for PlantingSpace's probabilistic modeling platform. Build and guide the architecture of modular domain-knowledge models, ensure end-to-end integration from data inputs to uncertainty propagation. Collaborate with domain experts and researchers to translate use cases in finance and scientific research (e.g., equity valuation, distress monitoring, particle physics) into production-ready software. Requirements include strong experience with Bayesian modeling, probabilistic programming, and program synthesis; ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software. Remote-friendly; some travel for quarterly meet-ups.
