Job Description
Staff Full-Stack Engineer joining Propel's interdisciplinary venture studio in a ~70/30 build-to-lead role. Responsibilities include raising the team's bar without bureaucracy, shipping production code, serving as the human PR review, owning the quality delivery system as a product, shipping specs first, and orchestrating AI at staff level. Stack: TypeScript, React, Python, PostgreSQL, ECS/Lambda, Terraform. You'll work on projects with physical implications and a culture that emphasizes collaboration and respect.
