Job Description

Staff MLE to join the Ads Content Understanding team. The team analyzes Reddit content to understand what people talk about. We own the knowledge graph for the company and create interpretable signals used for RAG-type products or as features for models. It's a horizontal/platform team with internal customers, mostly in ads, with some experiments in organic shopping experiences on Reddit. The role blends modeling, engineering, and leadership. The ideal candidate has leadership experience and domain experience with content understanding. The team is split into two pods: knowledge graph (mostly EU engineers) and signals (mostly US engineers). This role is a team lead for the signals pod, so East Coast time overlap will be beneficial.
