Job Description

We are hiring a Staff Engineer to build out our Agentic AI platform for agent use cases across the organization. The role focuses on engineering leadership and platform development for Agentic AI capabilities. The candidate will collaborate with product, data, and security teams to scale our AI agent platform across the enterprise. Preference for AZ-based candidates, though strong candidates outside of Arizona may be considered. The role does not require a fixed in-office presence but will involve occasional in-person meetings or events, likely about once per week. Visa sponsorship is not available. Salary midpoint is $165,000 with a target bonus of 20% (subject to company performance). Not accepting agency submissions.
