Riot IQ is building an AI-powered cognitive assessment platform. This role involves design engineering with emphasis on UI tooling, design systems, and improving the overall user experience for researchers and practitioners. We are US-based and 100% remote. Compensation is $90k–$180k depending on role and experience, with equity for long-term hires; visa sponsorship is not available.
