We operate the world’s largest metagenomic biosurveillance network, which performs daily sequencing of wastewater samples and nasal swabs to screen for emerging pathogens. Our computational team develops detection pipelines responsible for rapid processing of deep sequencing data in order to flag potential threats.
Job Description
SecureBio Detection is hiring for two roles. This Senior Infrastructure Engineer will own cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS security. ONSITE strongly preferred in Cambridge, MA; REMOTE (US East Coast) possible for exceptional candidates. Responsibilities include building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices. Qualifications include experience with AWS, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure as code. Note: This posting covers two roles: Senior Infrastructure Engineer and Senior Software Engineer (High-Performance Pipelines) at SecureBio Detection.Remote Conditions
