Shepherd is hiring for Senior Software Engineers to help build an AI-native commercial insurance platform with autonomous underwriting. Engineers own projects end-to-end and are expected to be full-stack. We’re currently hiring for 2 Senior and 1 Staff SWE in San Francisco, and 2 Staff SWE in New York City. Our stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL with Apollo, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Experience building AI agents or multi-step reasoning systems is a plus.
