Job Description

Hands-on Growth Manager to own mobile app growth across paid acquisition, ASO, subscription conversion, retention, revenue, and profit. Responsible for Apple Search Ads, end-to-end ASO across the App Store and Google Play, and at least one additional paid channel such as Meta, TikTok, or Google. Open to experienced operators or exceptional early-career candidates with strong analytical ability, creativity, and evidence of measurable results. Work from anywhere with flexible hours, unlimited leave, direct founder access, and significant ownership. No degree required.
