Open roles for Senior, Staff, and Lead Site Reliability Engineers to help build, scale, and secure MongoDB Atlas across multiple core Infrastructure teams (InfraSec, Fabric, Storage Layer Services, Fleet Management & Deployments, Atlas Infrastructure). Requirements: 5+ years in SWE/SRE or similar; proficiency in Golang, Rust, Python, C/C++; deep understanding of Linux internals, networking, distributed systems, and/or Kubernetes; familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure; builder mindset focusing on failure modes, observability, and operability along with correctness.
