Join Empower Pharmacy to help build event-driven, distributed systems for a regulated pharma business. Own core platforms that run manufacturing, operations, and logistics. The work is greenfield and foundational, focusing on distributed systems, workflow orchestration, reliability/observability, and scaling in a domain where correctness matters. Tech stack includes Java/Spring Boot, React/Next.js, Azure (Service Bus, Kubernetes), and SQL Server. We heavily use AI-assisted development (Copilot/LLMs) in the workflow. This posting includes multiple roles: 1 Staff Software Engineer, 4 Senior Software Engineers, and 4 Software Engineers (new grad/early career). Interview Day will be held virtually in a single day for advancing candidates, covering practical discussions, system design, and coding (no brainteasers).
